Initial Consultation $350
Follow up therapy sessions (with or without medications) $250

Insurance
I would be considered 'Out of Network' for insurance companies. However, services still may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions about any 'Out of Network' benefits:

• Do I have out of network mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

I will provide a comprehensive statement which you can submit to your insurance if you desire. I do not file insurance for you as many people prefer it this way.

Reduced Fee
Unfortunately, reduced fee services cannot be offered at this time.

Payment
Cash, check, visa, mastercard, and discover credit cards accepted for payment. Not accepting American Express at this time.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
